Description

Take a small portion of the dough roll it in a form of thin chapatti. heat a pan place khakhra and on low to medium heat cook it by flipping for every 30 seconds. after 5 minute use oil on top of khakhra and again cook it by flipping oil will ensure to make it crispy.

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 cup
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Kasturi methi 2 tbsp
Amchur powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4th tsp
Hing 1/4th tsp
Milk to knead
Oil for greasing
Oil for cooking

Directions

STEP 1 - Take a bowl add wheat flour , gram flour , kasturi methi , amchur powder , turmeric powder , red chilli powder , hing , salt . knead it a soft dough with the help of milk in room temperature. grease the dough with oil cover it with cotton cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes.

 

STEP 2 - take a small portion of the dough roll it in a form of thin chapatti. heat a pan place khakhra and on low to medium heat cook it by flipping for every 30 seconds. after 5 minute use oil on top of khakhra and again cook it by flipping oil will ensure to make it crispy. 

 

STEP 3 - prepare all the khakhras like so . serve it anytime when you feel like munching . it can be stored for 1 month in air tight container.
